Before new students even step foot into your classroom, teachers will need to plan out how they want to organize the space. Tables and learning centers can be arranged in a variety of ways. As the teacher, you will need to find out what way works best for you and your students.   ​
The setup and feeling of the room can make a huge difference for the students, no matter how young they may be. Have you ever rearranged a room in your house and noticed how the change made you feel? The same can be seen with your students. ​ ​If you find that the arrangement isn’t working the first few days or weeks of school, try moving things around. You’ll be amazed at how big of a roll classroom arrangement plays in behavior management.   ​
